McClintock & Associates, a leading public accounting firm providing specialized services to postsecondary educational institutions, is proud to announce the promotion of Connor Heath to Senior Accountant.

This promotion is a reflection of his intention and growth mindset, and of a culture that empowers people to thrive regardless of where they start.”
As Senior Accountant, Connor takes on an expanded role in financial statement audits as well as 90/10 analysis. Internally, his responsibilities grow to include process improvement, audit planning, and fostering client relationships.
Connor joined McClintock & Associates as an intern, spending a year and a half learning the postsecondary industry before moving into a full-time Staff Accountant role nearly two years ago. Before M&A, his high school and early college years were spent in roles focused on sales, inventory management, and customer service — a background that shows up today in his commitment to client service and his solution-oriented approach to the work.
“This promotion is not only a meaningful personal milestone reflecting my dedication to continuous learning — beginning as an intern with no Title IV exposure and only a limited academic foundation in accounting — but also a testament to M&A’s commitment to its core values and culture, which empower individuals to thrive and achieve long-term success, regardless of their background,” Connor said.
Outside of work, Connor can be found hiking, traveling, and doing just about anything that keeps him active and out in nature.
