Constance Blatt, EA
Supervisor
Constance joined the McClintock and Associates in 2025 as a Supervisor in the tax department. As an Enrolled Agent, she has comprehensive knowledge of the tax code and can navigate communication with the IRS. With 14 years of experience in public accounting, she brings a vast knowledge of tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and LLCs. Prior to joining the firm, Constance specialized in small business advisory services assisting owners with tax strategy and business growth. She enjoys building strong client relationships and mentoring the next generation of accountants.
Constance is an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and has been a season ticket holder since 2019. She looks forward to the tailgate at every home game. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, thrift shopping with her daughter, and playing fantasy football.
