They recognize strengths and weaknesses that employees have and they work with employees in those areas. They don't micro-manage employees. M&A is an amazing place to work. Our leaders and coworkers go the extra mile to be sure every employee has what they need physically and emotionally to do their work (especially during the pandemic). The people I work with are experts in the industry and support each other's efforts on a daily basis. For me, it truly is the best place to work!
