Senior Accountant
Jess joined McClintock & Associates in 2025 as a Senior Accountant in the Financial Services Department, bringing three years of public accounting experience. Before joining the firm, Jess was a Senior Associate at one of the world’s top ten largest accounting firms, where she specialized in the higher education industry and led audit engagements. Jess is passionate about training new hires, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys exploring the city of Pittsburgh and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins.
