McClintock & Associates, a leading public accounting firm providing specialized services to postsecondary educational institutions, is proud to announce the promotion of Callie Clark, CPA, to Senior Manager.

“Callie’s promotion is a natural reflection of the leadership and technical depth she has built over more than a decade with our firm," said Managing Director Dave McClintock, CPA. “She brings a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and genuine commitment to both our clients and our team. Her ability to lead complex engagements while developing the people around her is exactly the kind of value that defines Senior Manager-level leadership at McClintock & Associates."

As Senior Manager, Callie specializes in financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, 90/10 analysis, and composite score projections. Her work spans the full breadth of the compliance and financial reporting needs facing Title IV-participating institutions. Clients rely on her to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape with both precision and perspective.

Callie joined McClintock & Associates as a staff accountant more than eleven years ago, building her career from the ground up within the firm’s financial services, compliance, and employee benefit plan departments. That progression has given her a firsthand understanding of every level of the audit and compliance process. A Certified Public Accountant, she is a member of both the AICPA and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She has also completed the Management Academy leadership program through Spiirall.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Callie leads and mentors audit teams to deliver high-quality, efficient engagements, ensuring both technical excellence and a collaborative client experience.

Outside of work, Callie’s time is centered on family, particularly her twin boys, who she describes as keeping life busy, unpredictable, and a lot of fun.
